Toni has also been awarded the Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) 'Rider of the Year' from 1992 to 2005.

She was also given a CITATION in 2018 by the Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) for being the first Filipino in history to win a Grand Prix in Europe.
